"She again turned her eyes downwards. She brought her anchal , the loose end of her Sari, around her other shoulder and cocooned herself in it tightly." beautiful description. Great read.

This is a great point. I actually wrote a whole 30 page research paper on this almost 4-5 yrs back in college. Agra tourism keeps promoting Taj Mahal without looking at the "other" stuff that they don't even look at! Including transportation to Taj Mahal, population, crowd and pollution that is turning white marble yellow. I haven't been to Agra in Ages, however, it hurts to hear what the returned tourists i.e. my own friends have to say! The art of presentation as I called it - Agra tourism lacks it. They need to spend the money to promote it in a better manner. Some people only come to Agra and leave carrying a wrong impression of India as a country. Question is - who will lead this effort and when?
It can work its magic! You can do it "anywhere!" and it doesn't require a gym or a room. Stress management has become so critical in our lives...and we do not give enough credit to our selves. In today's fast pace world, it is a must!
Such an overwhelming response...that I'm touched! Thank you all for your support and comments. You have no idea what it means to get feed back as a writer!
Hawaii - December vacation
Wow...I did not have any idea about this information. Thank you for sharing it with me.
Yes, even vacations are extremely expensive. I happend to travel for work and accumulate points. Its a different story all together to live in a resort for vacation and do absolutely nothing. :)
I think I would love to work hard on the mainland and one day afford to buy a house in Hawaii....that would be a dream come true. :)
Do keep sharing you experiences. Would love to hear back from you.
